 | Maintenance | | Wipe off any dirt and winter salt.
Remove price tags etc. with a mild solvent such as white spirit
and do not scrape the surface with a abrasive object.
Regular waxing of your SafePost is recommended.
Stainless steel letter box surfaces need to be wiped/treated
regularly with a normal surface treatment liquid
(as used for stainless steel kitchen sinks, for example).
Use standard locksmith lubricant, as this prevents moisture from remaining in the lock.
It needs to be done well in advance of freezing weather conditions
